Roulette is one of the oldest and most-famous casino games around. Our Roulette wheel has 37 separately numbered slots alternately coloured red and black, with the '0' coloured green. The objective is to predict which number the ball will stop on once it has been released into the spinning wheel by the dealer.

Roulette is played using a wheel with 37 numbered slots (1-36, plus a 0), a ball and a layout upon which the player may place bets covering a single number or groups of numbers. After the player places his bets, the ball is spun around the wheel and will come to rest in one of the numbered slots, indicating the winning number/ group. How to play

To place a bet, select your chip value from the 'BANK' window and then click directly on the area of the table on which you wish to place your bet. Multiple clicks will increase the number of chips you bet. To remove a chip, click the 'Clear last' button. Alternatively, click 'Cancel' to remove all chips from the table. All bets must be placed before the timer shown in the 'BANK' window runs out.

The dealer will spin the wheel and release the ball. Once the ball has come to rest, the dealer will announce the winning number and all bets will be settled automatically. The timer will then begin counting down to the start of the next game.

You can make a number of different bets in Roulette. These are split into inside bets, which are bets placed on the numbered section of the table, and outside bets, which are placed on the other areas.

A bet on an individual number. The simplest Roulette bet with the highest payout chance. This bet pays at 35:1 plus the original stake.

Corner bet

A four-number bet placed at the corner of four numbers - for example, covering 8, 9, 11 and 12. This bet pays 8:1 plus the original stake.

These are a number of multiple bets that are traditional to the game. Each bet covers a different group of numbers. These bets are available through the 'Special bets' button. Payouts vary for these bets.

A 12-number bet which covers all of the numbers in the corresponding column. This bet pays at 2:1 plus the stake.

GAME OBJECTIVE

The objective in ROULETTE is to predict the number on which the ball will land by placing one or more bets that cover that particular number. The wheel includes the numbers 1-36 plus a single 0.
After the time allotted for betting has expired, the dealer releases the spinning ball within the roulette wheel. The ball will eventually come to rest in one of the numbered pockets within the wheel. You win if you have placed a bet that covers that particular number.

BET TYPES

You can place many different kinds of bets on the Roulette table. Each type of bet covers a certain range of numbers, and each type has its own payout rate.
Bets that are made on the numbered space or on the lines between them are called Inside Bets, while the bets made on the special boxes below and to the left of the board are called Outside Bets.
INSIDE BETS:

  • Straight Up - place your chip directly on any single number (including zero).
  • Split Bet - place your chip on the line between any two numbers, either on the vertical or horizontal.
  • Street Bet - place your chip at the end of any row of numbers. A street bet covers three numbers.
  • Corner Bet - place your chip at the corner where four numbers meet. All four numbers are covered.
  • Line Bet - place your chip at the end of two rows on the intersection between them. A line bet covers all the numbers in both rows, for a total of six numbers.

OUTSIDE BETS:

  • Column Bet - place your chip in one of the boxes marked '2 to 1' at the end of the column that covers all 12 numbers in that column. The zero is not covered by any column bet.
  • Dozen Bet - place your chip in one of the three boxes marked '1st 12,' '2nd 12' or '3rd 12' to cover the twelve numbers above it.
  • Red/Black - place your chip on the Red or Black box to cover the 18 red or black numbers. The zero is not covered by these bets.
  • Even/Odd - place your chip in one of these boxes to cover the 18 even or odd numbers. The zero is not covered by these bets.
  • 1-18/19-36 - place your chip on either of these boxes to cover the first or latter 18 numbers. The zero is not covered by these bets.

ERROR HANDLING

Roulette Bwin

A spin is declared invalid when there is any irregularity in the dealer’s spin or malfunction of the roulette wheel. The ball must make at least 3 full rotations around the wheel before it falls into the pockets on the wheel or else it will be declared void.
If there is any error in the game, gambling system or game procedure, the game round will be temporarily paused while the dealer notifies the shift manager. Players will be notified via Chat, or by an on-screen pop-up message, to highlight that the issue is being investigated. If the manager can immediately resolve the error, the game round will continue as normal. If immediate resolution is not possible, the game round will be cancelled and initial bets will be refunded to all players who participated in the game round.

How Do You Play Online Roulette for Free?

If you would like to try online roulette Canada for free, you do not have to register at the casino of your choice or download software to start enjoying your game. You need to scroll to the roulette variant of choice and start playing the online roulette for free by clicking on the icon. Once the game is loaded, you can select any range of virtual credits that you would like to play with. The minimum and maximum bet amounts range from 0.01 CAD to as high as 100 CAD. However, there are various denominations in between that you can select such as 1 CAD, 5 CAD, 10 CAD, 25 CAD, and much more. Then, place chips on your table and select both outside and inside bets. How to Play Roulette using a Bonus

There are different types of bonuses available to roulette players in many casinos. Unfortunately, a good number of these bonuses are available to blackjack, slots and other high-risk games. If your focus is on roulette games, you should look for a bonus offer that allows you to bet on various roulette variants. Some of such bonuses include the following.

  • Registration Bonus: This is also called the signup bonus and is specifically meant for the new players. You may be asked to make a first deposit, and then a bonus of a given percentage is added to your cash. Many casinos give bonuses of between 50% and 200% matchup to the deposit amount. This can be one or several reload bonuses. If you would like to use the bonus, you must sign up at the casino of your choice. Some casinos offer free chips to play roulette, in addition to the signup bonus.

  • A No Deposit Roulette Bonus: With this kind of bonus, all you are required to do is to signup on the casino and confirm your email address to start using the bonus. Many casinos that offer a no deposit roulette bonus do that in the form of free cash or free play on a particular roulette variant. You can only get the bonus if you are a new player at the casino. Unfortunately, there are just a few casinos that offer this type of bonus.

  • Reload Bonus: Reload bonuses to roulette players may be part of the registration bonus or a reload bonus to the existing players. If part of the registration bonus, it is usually not as high as the first bonus amount.

  • Roulette Deposit Match Bonus: A match bonus on roulette is similar to the registration bonus only that this bonus is only to be used on roulette games and is usually a lower amount than the latter. This reward may be given on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You may also get tailored offers for the games.

  • Free Chips: You may also get some free chips as part of a loyalty program or promotions. The chips are used to place free bets.

Roulette Tournaments and Competitions

There are several events where roulette players compete against others around the world. Unlike the popular poker competitions where you get eliminated when you lose all your chips, in such tournaments, the winner is determined by the number of chips that players have accumulated within a given period. Most competitions will go down to a given number of players from which you get the winner. In other competitions, players can buy-in chips and bet with the chips. However, in many competitions, players start with the same number of chips so that there is fairness in the determination of the winner.

Roulette Wins

Your key to determining if you can win is to establish if you are passive or aggressive. Furthermore, ascertain whether you would like to go for high-risk inside bets or take long sessions that allow profits to trickle in steadily. You should also find out if the tournament is based on the number of spins or the length of the period the competition takes. If you are an aggressive player, you can go with rounds based spins. However, for passive players, a timed competitions offers more flexibility as you can add additional spins in the course of the tournament.

When playing the free roulette game, there are several tips that you can use to win. Here are some of the tips.

Surrender bets are more desirable: The bets with a surrender option give you half of the bet amount. This allows you to limit your losses and cut your house edge into two.

Manage your bankroll: Play with what you can afford to lose. Besides, avoid chasing losing games for the thrill of it or anticipation.

Make some outside bets: Outside bets are placed out of the 37 numbers on the wheel. They have a higher chance of winning but have lower multipliers compared with inside ones.
